Reservations

Booking Window and Booking Dates: Bookings are available on a 60-day rolling basis (unless you have early booking privileges as a member of BCMC, ACC Vancouver, or ACC Whistler, in which case you will be allowed to book as far as 90 days in advance). 

Two major changes you will notice with the new reservations system is that bunks will be assigned when making a reservation and contact information for all members of your party is required to complete your booking.

1) Bunk Assignments: Please review the map of the dormitory below. When you make a booking, you’ll be asked to “Select Beds”. Please scroll down and select a suitable place for your group. If you select one or two spots on a triple-wide bunk, you may have people from another party joining you at bedtime. The Booking Administrator will review your bunk selection and may re-assign your group to different bunks. Please be sensible in making your selections.

Family Room (Room 1):

The first bedroom on the left when you come down the stairs is prioritized for families. The door has a combination number provided by the hut custodian. (This room is sometimes used for families.) R1-A is the bottom bunk on your left when you enter the room. R1-A also includes a gear cubby in the main hallway.

Once you have made note of the bunks you would like to book, click Next to continue.

*The maximum allowable group size is 6 beds per reservation.

2) Contact Information:

You must provide the full name, email address and phone number for each person in your party. When you make a booking, you’ll be asked to enter information for the “primary guest”. If your party is more than one person, be sure to click ‘+ Additional Guest’ to enter the contact information of your traveling companions. You may not “hold bunks” for people who may join the trip at a later time. The Booking Administrator will review your party’s contact information before confirming the reservation.

After you have made payment with a credit card, you will receive an automated email saying “Confirmation Pending”. Once the Booking Administrator has reviewed your submission you will receive an email to confirm the reservation.

*Reservations missing guest information may be subject to cancellation. The Spearhead Huts Society reserves the right to cancel bookings at our discretion.
