Reservations

Two major changes you will notice with the new reservations system is that bunks will be assigned when making a reservation and contact information for all members of your party is required to complete your booking.

2) Contact Information:

You must provide the full name, email address and phone number for each person in your party. When you make a booking, you’ll be asked to enter information for the “primary guest”. If your party is more than one person, be sure to click ‘+ Additional Guest’ to enter the contact information of your travelling companions. You may not “hold bunks” for people who may join the trip at a later time. The Booking Administrator will review your party’s contact information before confirming the reservation.

After you have made payment with a credit card, you will receive an automated email saying “Confirmation Pending”. Once the Booking Administrator has reviewed your submission you will receive an email to confirm the reservation.

*Reservations missing guest information may be subject to cancellation. The Spearhead Huts Society reserves the right to cancel bookings at our discretion.
